Looking to design a piece of jewellery? We manufacture in precious metals and can use your own stones or source stones for you at competitive prices. Once you are happy with a quote, our designer will create your piece on CAD and you will be able to view the ring before it is made, to confirm you are happy and make changes if necessary.

CUSTOM DESIGN AND ON SITE MANUFACTURE

We design and manufacture custom designs in store. The full process usually take about 3 weeks, all dependant on the compexity of the design.

We can either provide the diamonds/gemstones for you or you are more than welcome to bring your own diamonds/gemstones for us to design around.

VALUATIONS AND APPRAISALS

Is your jewellery adequately insured? You could be under insured.
Most insurance companies require proof of ownership or UPDATED valuation certificates in the event of a claim. We do valuations on our premises at a very affordable price, contact us for more info.

REPAIRS, RE-MODELLING AND CLEANING

We hand polish jewellery using our state of the art equipment and machines in our workshop, we polish and rhodium plate white gold jewellery in or workshop on site. We also give free quotes on repairs to your jewellery.

RESETTING OF STONES

We can check the setting and claws of your ring for you at no charge. We can reset missing stones or stones that have fallen out of your jewellery on our premises. Visit us for a free inspection and advice on your jewellery.

RING SIZING

Pop in for us to measure your finger.

We specialise in the sizing of rings, on our premises. We test your diamonds on drop off and on collection, should you wish.

WATCH REPAIRS

We can help with many popular watch brands in:

  • replacing glasses
  • refitting  loose hands
  • removing links
  • gluing down loose digits
  • replacing pins/springbars
  • etc
FITTING OF WATCH BATTERIES

For your convenience, batteries are fitted on site while you do some shopping. We also carry out pressure testing on watches that are used in water. We fit batteries to almost every watch brand and we use Swiss batteries and the correct watchmaking tools.
